Description Fits all 1996-2004 Tacoma XtraCab and Double Cab 4WD models. Our kit repairs the frame area just behind the front axle, beginning at the control arm bump stop and ending just after the transmission crossmember. It measures 24″ long and has been notched to fit around the sway bar mount and the front cab body mount. This SafeTCap is made from 11 gage steel, and is CNC cut, assembled and welded by our AWS Certified Welders. It will fit directly over your existing frame without having to disturb any of your body mounts or front end components.
